Do I need to have an account with Hyggelight | The Growing Candle?
Yes! Once you sign up, you’ll be prompted to create an account if you don’t already have one.
Is there a purchase minimum to get free shipping?
Not for members—all purchases are automatically eligible! Non-members become eligible for free shipping on orders $50+.
How does “Member-Only Pricing” work?
Good question! You may see our products at full price when you’re browsing, but a 10% discount is automatically applied to all orders.
Is the membership fee a recurring charge?
Nope! The benefits will stay active only for the year you have paid. We’ll reach out and remind you when it’s time to renew your membership!
How can I cancel my membership?
You can cancel your membership from your member portal at any time. If you cancel, your membership benefits will remain active through the end of your current billing period. After that, access will end automatically. Hyggelight does not provide refunds or credits, including for partially used billing periods.
